Thank you for registering for the CHCO Academy on Dealing with Poor Performance!


This training will be held on three different dates. Please make sure that you are 
only registered for and attend one session.
The dates, times, and room numbers are as follows:

Tuesday, January 28th- 9AM to Noon in the Pendleton Room 
OR
Wednesday, January 29th- 1PM to 4PM in the Executive Conference Room 
OR
Thursday, January 30th - 9AM to Noon in the Pendleton Room 


Arrival Instructions: The Academy session will be held at the US Office of Personnel Management, 1900 E Street, NW, Washington DC 20415. Please arrive 30 minutes before the training start time to allow time for security screening and check-in.

Materials: The presentation documents will be provided at the training session.

Cancellations: This event has limited seating; please help us accommodate as many people as possible by letting us know if you are no longer able to attend. Please send an email to chcoc@opm.gov.

Security Requirements: Please bring your government issued ID with you and allow time for security screening and check-in. There is no need to print paper tickets, your name will be on a guest list at the door.

Special Accommodations: Please email chcoc@opm.gov by COB Wednesday, January 22nd, if you need a special accommodation to fully participate in this event.
