Webcast on Dismissal and Closure Procedures for the 2012-2013 Winter Weather Season OPM issued its updated Dismissal and Closure Procedures for the 2012-2013 winter weather season. In an effort to educate the federal workforce of the pertinent changes in policy, OPM hosted a webcast on Thursday, November 29th, 2012, at 11 a.m. The webcast featured Dean Hunter and Jerry Mikowicz from OPM and CHCO Council members Paige Hinkle-Bowles (DOD), Quay Crowner (Education), and Gene Hubbard (NSF).
