    <summary type="html"><![CDATA[The Puerto Rico League of United Latin American Citizens (LULAC), American GI Forum of the United States, and ASPIRA Association will host a Veterans Summit from March 1 – 3, 2012, in Vega Alta, Puerto Rico. The theme of the Veterans Summit is “A New Strategy – Integrating Education, Employment, and Entrepreneurship for OEF and OIF Veterans,” and the focus of the conference is aimed at aligning solutions to meet employers and Veterans needs. 

The Puerto Rico LULAC Veterans Summit qualifies as training in compliance with 5 U.S.C. Chapter 41.

We anticipate you will devote one hour per week leading up to the activity. Federal STEM professionals will be asked to attend several teleconferences and collaborate via electronic means to discuss the lesson plans, logistics and other items prior to arrival. In all cases the teachers have already been planning these lessons and activities and procuring the supplies for the events.
