Worldwide Business Research Human Capital Management Government (HCMG) Training Event

Worldwide Business Research will hold its Human Capital Management Government training event on December 3-5, 2013 in Arlington, VA.  The purpose of this event is to bring together stakeholders throughout the Federal human resources (HR) community, from strategic-level policy makers to the operational-level HR managers, to discuss best practices for managing human capital, improving efficiency, and advancing innovation.

This event qualifies as training in compliance with 5 U.S.C. chapter 41 and is open to all Federal employees.   The training will feature workshops in areas such as talent management and skillset development, innovation and culture shift, the hiring process and tailored recruitment, and human capital strategic plan development.

Federal employees are invited to review additional conference information regarding registration, and workshop descriptions at www.hcmgovernment.com.

Agencies are reminded that reporting of training is governed by 5 CFR 410.601.
