Blacks In Government (BIG) will hold its 31st Annual National Training Conference on August 24-28, 2009, in Baltimore, Maryland. The training program is targeted towards Federal employees. The theme for this Conference is "Meeting Today’s Objectives – New Challenges, New Government, A New BIG."
This conference qualifies as training in compliance with 5 U.S.C. Chapter 41. The training is open to all employees and will provide training and workshops over a range of topics including “Career Development,” “Management and Leadership” and “Financial Management.”
