Tools Workshop: Sustaining, Shaping and Recruiting Your Future Workforce

The Office of Personnel Management, in coordination with the Partnership for Public Service, invites you and up to two of your senior Human Resources professionals to an afternoon of workshops showcasing tools to assist you with various restructuring challenges.  Agencies have volunteered to share their tools and strategies covering four topics:

 

·         The workforce you need – strategic workforce planning

·         The workforce that stays – sustaining morale and increasing workforce effectiveness

·         The workforce that will move on – shaping and managing reductions

·         The workforce you must attract – recruitment, hiring, and retention during constrained fiscal periods

 

Each workshop will be repeated three times during the afternoon to ensure an opportunity to attend the ones most important to you and your agency.  Contacts for each tool/strategy will be provided for additional information.
