The National Organization for Mexican American Rights (NOMAR) will hold its 12th Annual Training Conference & Business Meeting from August 31 to September 3, 2010 in Miami, Florida. The theme for the conference is "Embracing Change, Enhancing Opportunities for Hispanic Americans”.
NOMAR’s Annual Training Conference qualifies as training in compliance with 5 U.S.C. Chapter 41. The training is open to any Federal employee and the training addresses the needs of employment in the Federal government for the Hispanic community. The training also will provide training and workshops in areas such as Affirmative Employment Programs, Diversity and Leadership, Job Outlook, Hispanic Representation and Federal Employment, and Effective EEO Management.
