Attached is memorandum (CPM 2000-19) from Henry Romero, Associate Director for Compensation and Performance, regarding the 2001 pay adjustments. The memorandum reviews relevant portions of the Executive order on the 2001 pay adjustments and provides additional guidance. We have posted the 2001 salary tables on our web site at The 2001 rates of pay will become effective on the first day of the first applicable pay period beginning on or after January 1, 2001. The memorandum and its attachments (not included in this transmission) are posted on OPM's Internet web site.
