Attached is memorandum from Henry Romero, Associate Director for Workforce Compensation and Performance, regarding draft salary tables and locality pay area definitions for the January 2001. The memorandum includes two attachments. Attachment 1 provides the President's alternative pay plan, and attachment 2 provides locality-based comparability payments and net pay increases in 2001 for general schedule employees.
