Who's Invited: ADR Award nominees and recipients and all other individuals who are interested in the resolution of Federal workplace disputes, including agency Dispute Resolution Specialists; Directors of Agency Legal Offices and legal staff; Directors of Personnel and other human resources staff; Directors of Equal Employment Opportunity and EEO specialists; and management and union officials.
Why Attend: You will learn about innovative ideas and successful practices you can use to set up new ADR programs or help make existing ones more effective. You will be able to talk to key program officials involved in setting up and administering successful ADR programs. You will hear OPM's General Counsel, Mark Robbins, speak about OPM's perspective on ADR.
