Traci DiMartini

Traci DiMartini is the Chief Human Capital Officer (CHCO) for the Peace Corps. She previously served as the Chief Human Capital Officer for the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission; Director of Human Resources Enterprise Management Systems at the Department of Agriculture; and the first career Deputy Director for the Chief Human Capital Officers Council at the Office of Personnel Management.


Ms. DiMartini was appointed to the Senior Executive Service in October 2016.  As the CHCO, she oversees all human capital services for Peace Corps domestic and overseas employees including staffing, classification, benefits, payroll, employee and labor relations, data analytics, and workforce development.


Ms. DiMartini graduated from American University’s Key Executive Leadership Program and USDA’s Senior Executive Candidate Development Program in December 2013. She also holds dual bachelor degrees in Political Science and Mass Communication from Miami University of Ohio.  She also graduated with a Master’s in public policy (emphasis in labor policy and workforce development) from the Edward J. Bloustein School of Planning and Policy at Rutgers, the State University of New Jersey and the  Federal Executive Institute’s (FEI) Leadership for a Democratic Society.
